I added these to a Yamaha viking vi so my wife could easily adjust the seat. They work as intended but with modifications. I would recommend to the manufacturer that they add several more mounting holes to accommodate various seats and vehicles to make installation easier.only bought it because its sparco and i just love the brand. i installed it on my sparco r100 seat, but did not have fun installing it. youll have to really work it hole by hole to try to have room to get the bolts and nuts on the slider and seat, but its worked alright since, but the slider is not going to be well lubed however u try to lube it.I purchased two sets of these. One came with the hardware and one did not.Took little bit to receive the order butLove the productIt was advertised as next day arrival so i went and ordered 2 of these. It didn't arrive as listed. The install was easy and looks like the product would last for a while. No bolts are included which is a damn shame because at this price, it should've been. I guess they have to milk every cent where they can. Again, these sliders are okay, but I would recommend to look somewhere else if a friend asks me for advice if they should get this.I used the Sparco Slider seat Track set to provide an adjustable base for the original Seat in my 1932 Ford five window coupe. It works perfectly in this application. I added a 1x2 inch rectangular spacer as a mounting base for each side of the slider set. I cut the release handle in the middle of the seat release handle to widen the pair of sliders to match the width of my 1932 seat mounting base. I added a straight length of tubing to reconnect the two supplied actuating/release mechanism that were left on each sliding base after cutting them in half. I also welded in another straight section the same diameter tubing connecting at each end to where the actuating handle takes off from its attachment bar. This second tubing section was added for stability of the handle during the actuation maneuver. It is a much better application than Henry's original seat adjuster. Now when I need to adjust my seat, I reach down and pull up on the release handle and scoot whichever way I want to go, and simply release the handle to allow both sliders to lock up.After lots of debate to go fixed position or adjustable I found these tracks to be best solution. The double lock feature is 2nd to none. It is imperative to buy high quality hardware & take very accurate measurements mounting brackets/seats & sliders ensuring everything is completely square & level. I found making a wood template helpful then mounting each piece measured & level one at a time helpful. I built an Exocet kit car with 17" Kirky seats and had lots of metal fabrication that also included a wider handle for adjusting these sliders. I believe they would be perfect fit with oem seats or 15" wide. Make 100% sure you have everything in place before securing slider handle it is not made to come on & off. Handle also has a curve can be up or down as needed for clearance. I liked quality enough to put pass seat on slider too.OK - but not great. My son has a set and they slide pretty efforrtlessly,,,,,,,,,,this set one side slides easy and the other has a little issue. And yes, I set them perfectly parallel and lubed them with silicone.........one side just isnt as smooth and you have to pull and push a little to move the seat. Also had to cut the release bar to widen it to fit - no way was I going to bend that tubing and kink it. Pretty easy to cut and sleeve with a rod - then wrap with another plastic tube. Sparco could cut and sleeve it since I'm guessing I dont have the only seat / car which the bar needs widening.I can not recommend this. It's poor quality and got jammed multiple times. I was forced to return this as it's at best for a racing simulation chair setup and NOT for the road.
